Quanzhou

Quanzhou is a World Heritage City and the capital of world cuisine in southeastern Fujian Province. It is also the starting point of the ancient Maritime Silk Road and was formerly known as the Sting Tree. Quanzhou has a thousand year history and a diverse and inclusive Minnan culture.
